
Brad JaehneBrad’s background includes experience as a CEO, entrepreneur, Fortune Global 500 executive , and management consultant.
Brad was most recently the CEO/Managing Partner of Madison River Partners, a strategic consulting firm serving clients in the software, wireless and financial services verticals. Jaehne has helped clients attract talent, raise capital, design and execute on distribution strategies and design innovative compensation programs.
Previously, Brad was the CEO of Fuse Mobile, a venture-backed wireless startup. He led the company from creation of the initial strategic plan, through venture funding, to 20MM in annual revenue and finally through the exit in 2008. His responsibilities included building out the C-level team, designing the go-to-market strategy, working with the board of directors, and ultimately having accountability for execution against the budget.
Brad was an Executive Director at Deutsche Telekom (T-Mobile USA) where he ran a business unit with 2,000 employees and annual revenue in excess of 500MM. In 2001, he was the first T-Mobile employee in California and was responsible for growing the market from 0-2,000 employees in 18 months. From 1998-2001 Brad was a key player in the execution of several large mergers and acquisitions, including those of Omnipoint and Aerial.
Brad was a four-year scholarship student in chemistry at the University of Utah.
He lives in Utah with his wife and their son, Jack. Outside of the office, Brad enjoys hiking, climbing and fly-fishing.
