UCN Selects SageCreek

UCN (Nasdaq:UCNN   http://www.ucn.net ) has engaged SageCreek  
Partners.   As part of the engagement, SageCreek Partners will provide  
strategic business consulting services on product strategy, go to  
market and sales operations, and overall company operations.

Steve Erickson from SageCreek Partners is the lead partner for the  
engagement.   Erickson’s background includes being the CFO at Altiris  
and as a VP of Operations at Symantec as well as years of audit and  
accounting experience at Deloitte & Touche as well as Arthur  
Anderson.  ”We look forward to working more with UCN.   We believe  
there is a lot of upside potential in their latest product offerings.
