Mark Bonham Joins SageCreek Partners

Mark Bonham has joined SageCreek Partners.   Most recently he headed The Venture Practice at Ray Quinney & Nebeker, one of Salt Lake City’s largest and most-respected law firms. Prior to RQN, Mark practiced law for 20 years with the prominent firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati based in Silicon Valley, California where he was a partner. While there Mark worked on over $10B worth of startups, venture deals, mergers & acquisitions, IPOs and strategic licensing deals. Mark also served as Co-Chair of the Knowledge Management Committee and a member of the investment committee for WS Investments LLC.
