LiveLoop Technologies has engaged SageCreek Partners. As part of the engagement, Dwain Kinghorn and Steve Erickson have been appointed to the board of directors of LiveLoop.

LiveLoop provides a platform that enables organizations to communicate with their customers and to build online communities in ways that are not possible using traditional web pages. LiveLoop has worked with early adopters of their technology and now will work with SageCreek to grow brand awareness, build business channels and routes to market, and help the company quickly expand revenue and profitability.

“The business expertise that SageCreek Partners has already brought to LiveLoop has been very valuable,” said Rocky Wright, Founder and CTO of LiveLoop. “While we have been successful in building the technology and finding a few initial wins, it is clear that even in the few shorts months of our engagement SageCreek has already made a huge difference in helping recruit and set up a sales infrastructure. They are helping us hone in on what we can do best as a company.”

LiveLoop is in a process of raising capital to grow and expand the business. SageCreek Partners is providing the guidance on how to best manage the process as well as opening doors to a network of VC firms that are interested in working with SageCreek-supported companies.

“Like a number of smaller companies, LiveLoop has great technology, but they are lacking in “C level” expertise on how to turn that technology in revenue,” said Tracy Tolbert of SageCreek. “We have helped LiveLoop attract seasoned sales personnel as well as set up the infrastructure to support them.” Rocky Wright added, “We were unable to attract this caliber of people until we added SageCreek to our board of directors and potential candidates could see the level of experience and successful backgrounds the SageCreek team brought.”
